Please be advised that these services provided are outside of the scope of legal practice, and should not be taken as legal advice, counselling, therapy, or anything under a similar scope of practice. Consulting and mentoring services are based on personal experience, holistic means, and without qualification as a professional or certified coach or mentor. I am not a qualified or registered counsellor, therapist, business planner (or the like) or psychologist/psychiatrist. All information and discussions are kept under strict confidence.
Cancellation
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Exceptions may be granted, though the general RKH policy is a 50% cancellation retainer. Ie: Cancelling from 0-48 hours, or will have a 50% penalty fee. The remaining 50% will be due upon rescheduling.
"No-showing" will lend RKH the right to keep 100% of your session fee. The sessions are energetically prepared ahead of time. This includes a review of your information, research, and a start to your business planning, "off-screen".
RKH will provide exceptions in rare circumstances.
Indemnity
By purchasing this single session, you also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RKH Consulting Services Ltd and/or its agents from and against any loss, cost, or damage of any kind (including reasonable outside attorneys' fees) to the extent arising out of this service. You acknowledge that these services are not provided through RKH Litigation and/or Raminder K. Hayre Law Coporation. This includes no liability in the event you wish to proceed with filing a claim within any court or tribunal or board anywhere worldwide. To repeat, any service purchased is not pursuant to a professional or acknowledged certification and purchasing any service through "The RKH" means that you consent to these facts.
